Join Backyard Birds Nature Shop for a live bird of prey in the store! It's FREE to meet Keith the Red-tailed Hawk, but donations to the observatory will be accepted and appreciated! No registration required. This opportunity is being offered in partnership with the Beaverhill Bird Observatory.

This exhibition will be held at the Allied Arts Council Gallery at Heavy Metal Place. The exhibition will be open from February 9 to March 6. The reception day is scheduled for February 21, from 1 pm to 3 pm.

Join Backyard Birds Nature Shop for an evening class where we will use willow, red osier dogwood, and other natural materials to weave a beautiful basket. Not only is it an interesting skill to learn, but it is a very calming and enjoyable craft once you get the hang of the technique!
